Apply to wet hair, lather while lightly massaging the scalp, then rinse. Apply a second time and leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 3 times a week for 3 weeks, then 1 to 2 times a week for maintenance. Use a mild shampoo for washes in between.
