About MM+

Healthcare should feel more personal.

Healthcare retail has always depended on something ecommerce often struggles to reproduce: trust.

Knowing where a product comes from. Being able to ask a question. Having someone accountable when something doesn’t look right. Feeling that the business on the other side of the counter understands that healthcare purchases deserve a little more consideration than ordinary shopping.

MM+ was built to bring that standard of care into the digital experience.

Born from Mittal Medical Shop in Gurugram, MM+ takes an established offline healthcare business and reimagines it for how people shop today — not by replacing the human side of healthcare retail, but by making it easier to access.

Where we come from

From a neighbourhood counter to a digital storefront

For years, healthcare retail has been built around a simple relationship: customers return to businesses they know and trust. But the way people discover and purchase products has changed.

Today, a customer may discover a skincare product on their phone, compare haircare at midnight, reorder an everyday healthcare essential from work, or research a product long before they ever speak to someone at a store.

What hasn’t changed is the need for confidence in what they’re buying. MM+ sits at that intersection.

The accessibility of ecommerce, backed by the accountability of a real healthcare retailer.
That is the foundation we’re building on.

Why we built it

Online shopping made products easier to find. It didn’t always make them easier to understand.

Healthcare and personal care are filled with products that appear similar on the surface but can differ significantly in formulation, intended use, ingredients, strength, format or suitability. And large marketplaces can make that experience even noisier.

We saw an opportunity to build something more considered. A destination where discovery feels organised. Where information helps rather than overwhelms. Where established brands can sit alongside newer discoveries without turning the experience into an endless shelf.

And where there is still a real business behind every order.

Our point of view

What we believe

Trust is not a badge.

It is built through the details.

  • How a product is sourced.
  • How accurately it is represented.
  • How carefully an order is handled.
  • How quickly someone takes responsibility when there is a problem.

These are not extras to us. They are the basic requirements of healthcare commerce.

Information should create clarity.

More information is not automatically better information.

We want MM+ to help customers understand what they are looking at without turning every product page into a wall of jargon. Good product information should make the decision easier, not more intimidating.

Technology should remove friction, not remove people.

MM+ is being built with modern ecommerce, intelligent product discovery and better digital tools.

But automation should never make the business inaccessible. When a customer genuinely needs help, there should still be a person on the other side.

Healthcare deserves its own standard.

We don’t believe healthcare should be treated exactly like fashion, electronics or general merchandise.

The experience can still be beautiful, fast and convenient. It simply needs to be more responsible.

What the + means

More than a transaction.

The + in MM+ represents where we want to take the business.

  • More clarity around products.
  • More thoughtful discovery.
  • More dependable access.
  • More useful support.
  • And, over time, a more connected healthcare experience.

We are building MM+ progressively rather than pretending everything already exists today. That distinction matters to us. We would rather earn trust through what we actually deliver than make promises ahead of the product.

Where we’re going

Built in Gurugram. Built for what comes next.

MM+ began with a physical healthcare retail foundation in Gurugram, but our ambition is digital.

We believe the next generation of healthcare commerce will combine the best parts of offline retail — familiarity, responsibility and human support — with the best parts of technology: access, organisation and convenience.

That is the business we are building. Not another marketplace with a healthcare section — a better way to experience healthcare retail online.
