Welcome to MM+

MM+ is operated by Mittal Medical Shop.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.mmplus.in, including browsing the website, creating an account, placing orders, purchasing products, communicating with customer support, and using any services made available through MM+.

By accessing or using MM+, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced in them — our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Business details

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to make purchases through MM+.

Where a purchase is being made on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorised to provide the information required to place and fulfil that order.

Certain products may be subject to additional prescription, age, identity, delivery or regulatory requirements.

2. Your account

• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
• Please notify MM+ promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Product information

MM+ makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, images, descriptions, ingredients, sizes, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate. However, manufacturers may occasionally change:

• packaging;
• artwork;
• formulation;
• ingredient lists;
• colour;
• size presentation;
• labelling;
• warnings; or
• other product information.

The product received may therefore occasionally have updated packaging while remaining the same product or manufacturer’s current version.

Customers should always read the physical product label, package insert, warnings, ingredient information and usage directions before use.

Where the physical product materially differs from what was ordered, please contact MM+.

4. Product availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve inventory.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, MM+ may:

• remove the unavailable item;
• offer an appropriate alternative where legally and commercially appropriate;
• request your approval before substitution; or
• cancel and refund the affected item.

MM+ will not knowingly substitute a prescription medicine merely because another medicinal product is available.

5. Prices and taxes

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may include applicable taxes where required.
• Prices, promotions, discounts and product availability may change without prior notice.
• The applicable price will ordinarily be the price displayed when your order is placed.

If an obvious technical or pricing error occurs, MM+ may contact you before fulfilment and offer the option to:

• proceed at the corrected price; or
• cancel the affected item or order and receive an applicable refund.

Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable consumer law.

6. Payments

MM+ may offer payment methods including:

• UPI;
• debit cards;
• credit cards;
• Cash on Delivery; and
• other options displayed during checkout.

Online payments are processed through authorised payment service providers, including PayU where applicable.

MM+ does not require customers to disclose complete payment-card credentials to MM+ support staff.

An amount being debited from your bank account does not by itself mean an order has been successfully confirmed. Online payments are treated as successful after payment confirmation has been received and verified through MM+’s payment systems.

If an amount is debited but the transaction is unsuccessful, reversal timelines may depend on the issuing bank or payment provider.

7. Order acceptance

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase products from MM+. You may receive an electronic acknowledgement after placing the order.

MM+ may decline, hold or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• payment cannot be verified;
• stock is unavailable;
• a required prescription is missing or invalid;
• delivery is unavailable;
• customer information is materially incorrect;
• fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected;
• a pricing or technical error has occurred; or
• fulfilment would breach applicable law or regulation.

Where MM+ cancels an eligible prepaid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

8. Prescription medicines

Certain medicines can only be supplied against a valid prescription from a Registered Medical Practitioner. Where legally required, MM+ may request a valid prescription before fulfilling the relevant item.

MM+ reserves the right to refuse fulfilment where the prescription:

• is missing;
• is unclear or illegible;
• appears altered or invalid;
• does not appropriately cover the requested medicine;
• lacks information required for lawful fulfilment; or
• otherwise fails applicable regulatory requirements.

Submission of a prescription does not guarantee fulfilment.

9. Delivery

Delivery availability depends on:

• PIN code;
• stock availability;
• product category;
• prescription requirements where applicable;
• delivery-partner availability; and
• operational or regulatory restrictions.

Estimated delivery dates are indicative and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

10. Returns, replacements and refunds

Because MM+ sells healthcare, personal-care and medicinal products, certain products cannot safely or lawfully be resold once delivered. Accordingly, return eligibility depends on product type and the reason for the return.

Damaged, defective, expired or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

11. Cancellation

Orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch, subject to order status and applicable product restrictions.

Once an order has entered dispatch or delivery processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.

12. Promotions and offers

Promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions. Unless stated otherwise:

• promotions are not redeemable for cash;
• discount codes may have expiry dates;
• offers may apply only to selected products;
• offers may be limited by quantity or customer; and
• multiple promotions may not be combinable.

MM+ reserves the right to correct promotions affected by genuine technical or configuration errors, subject to applicable consumer rights.

13. Healthcare and educational content

Information on MM+, including articles, descriptions, guides and product-related material, is intended for general informational purposes.

It is not a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking appropriate care because of information displayed on MM+.

14. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, original website content, design, interfaces, graphics and MM+ branding are owned by or licensed to Mittal Medical Shop.

Third-party brands, logos, trademarks and product materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing on MM+ grants permission to commercially reproduce protected content without appropriate authorisation.

15. Prohibited use

You may not use MM+ to:

• commit fraud;
• submit forged or manipulated prescriptions;
• impersonate another person;
• attempt unauthorised access;
• compromise website security;
• distribute malware;
• scrape or reproduce protected content unlawfully;
• make fraudulent payment claims;
• interfere with website operations; or
• violate applicable law.

16. Third-party services

MM+ uses third-party providers for services such as:

• payments;
• delivery;
• email, SMS and WhatsApp communication;
• website infrastructure;
• analytics and advertising measurement; and
• monitoring and security.

Third-party providers may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to applicable law, MM+ is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, including:

• payment-network failures;
• delivery-network disruption;
• manufacturer recalls;
• telecommunications outages;
• natural events;
• government restrictions; or
• other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Changes to these Terms

MM+ may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Nothing in these Terms removes any jurisdiction, remedy or consumer right available under applicable Indian law.
