MM+ aims to make delivery of healthcare and personal-care products reliable and transparent.

This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Serviceability

Delivery is available only to locations currently supported by MM+ or its delivery partners.

Availability may depend on:

• PIN code;
• product category;
• stock;
• prescription requirements;
• logistics capacity; and
• applicable restrictions.

You can check whether we deliver to your area at checkout. If your PIN code is not yet supported, you can join the waitlist and we will let you know when we reach you.

Processing

Orders may be processed after:

• successful order placement;
• payment verification where applicable;
• inventory verification;
• prescription verification where required; and
• completion of other information required for fulfilment.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery periods displayed on MM+ are indicative.

Delivery may be affected by:

• public holidays;
• weather;
• traffic;
• logistics disruptions;
• regulatory checks;
• incorrect delivery information;
• recipient unavailability; and
• events beyond MM+’s reasonable control.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping or delivery charge will be disclosed before order confirmation.

Delivery attempts

Customers should provide:

• a complete delivery address;
• correct PIN code; and
• a reachable phone number.

Delivery partners may contact the customer to complete delivery.

If delivery repeatedly fails because of incorrect information, recipient unavailability or refusal of delivery, the shipment may be returned.

Tampered packages

If a package appears materially damaged or tampered with at delivery, please document the condition wherever possible.

Contact MM+ within 48 hours if the delivered product is:

• damaged;
• leaking;
• incorrect;
• expired; or
• otherwise compromised.
