Refund & Return Policy

1. Our commitment

Because all our products are sourced directly from the companies that make them, we stand behind their genuineness and quality. If something is not right with your order, we will work with you and, where applicable, with the brand to make it right.

2. Check your product before accepting delivery

We strongly encourage you to inspect your product at the time of delivery, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Please check the packaging, the product, and the expiry date before making payment. If you notice damaged packaging, an incorrect product, or a product with a short expiry, you may decline to accept the delivery so we can resolve it immediately.

3. When you can return or replace a product

We accept returns and provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:

• Damaged packaging — the outer or product packaging is damaged at the time of delivery;
• Wrong product — you received a product different from what you ordered;
• Short expiry — the product delivered has an unusually short or near expiry date.

To be eligible, the product should be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging, labels and any accompanying documents intact.

4. Easiest way to return: visit any of our stores

The quickest and easiest way to return an eligible product is to bring it to any of our retail stores along with your order details or invoice. Our store team will verify the product and process a replacement or refund on the spot wherever possible. Our store locations are:

If you experience a quality issue with a product, please contact us first at admin@mmplus.in or +91 98109 14589. As our products are sourced directly from the companies, genuine product quality concerns are handled directly by the brand: after a short call with a company representative to understand the issue, the product will be replaced by the company. Our team will help coordinate this process for you.

6. Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene, safety and authenticity reasons, the following are generally not eligible for return or refund, except where the product is damaged, wrong or has a short expiry:

• products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken (unless found defective);
• products returned without the original packaging, labels, invoice or proof of purchase; and
• products reported after an unreasonable delay following delivery.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment or, for in-store returns, as agreed at the store. Refunds to bank cards, UPI or online payment methods are typically completed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be made in cash at the store or via bank transfer.

8. Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at admin@mmplus.in or +91 98109 14589. Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, it will be handled under the return and replacement terms set out above.
